億京4.1億奪天水圍地 建酒店
億京近期頻頻吸納地皮，剛以4.1億元擊退信置、南豐及英皇等，投得天水圍商業用地以發展集團旗下首間酒店項目，樓面呎價不足1,500元，低於市場估值下限，而區內大地主長實（00001）則未有投標。

綜合業界估值，用地市值近4.2億至6.85億元，現時成交價比估值低最多4成。
億京項目策劃經理黎裕宗表示，由於內地自由行對本地酒店的客房需求非常殷切，加上天水圍區內亦建有大量的私人及資助性房屋，但可供區內屋民享有的商場卻相當有限，故決定在區內投資集團旗下首間的酒店連商場項目。
對於用地被指位置偏僻及缺乏市場，黎裕宗指，現時本港的酒房客房供應相對短缺，即使是馬鞍山及天水圍等地區的酒店亦經常「爆滿」，而且該用地亦鄰近西部通道及西鐵，故相信具有一定的市場。他續稱，現時還未落實酒店的級數及營運模式。
