由李自忠等人持有的淺水灣松苑低層B室，2,250平方呎；消息指今年中叫8,000萬元放盤，後來數度下調至6,500萬元。近日終以6,150萬元售 出，四次共削價1,850萬元，減幅逾2成，呎價2.73萬元，低市價8%，是出招至今南區第3宗交投，亦是金額最大。李氏等2004年斥2,365萬元 入市，帳面賺3,785萬元。
九龍站擎天半島也有業主減價出貨，2座極高層C室，1,403平方呎；代理透露，截至上周五叫價仍企硬2,750萬元，昨突然態度軟化降至2,470萬元易主，一周內減價280萬元，減幅1成，呎價1.76萬元。
縉城峰1510萬售 蝕400萬
另外，有業主大幅蝕讓離場，西環縉城峰1座高層C室，1,036平方呎，內地業主以1,510萬元沽出，以2010年購入價1,820萬元計，帳面蝕310萬元，但連同使費實際損手約400萬元。
康誠物業分行經理謝寶山指，藍田居屋康華苑C座低層3室，575平方呎，出招前叫價300萬元，及後累減34萬，以266萬沽出，較銀行估價低近5%，呎價4,626元。
