曦巒累售50伙 部署加價
金朝陽（00878）旗下銅鑼灣曦巒，開賣以來銷情理想，至今累積售出50伙，現計劃提價發售餘下單位，項目更連同蘇富比向買家提供一站式租務管理。

該公司執行董事陳慧苓指，曦巒自開售以來，共推出54伙，並已累積售出50伙，平均呎價近2.2萬元，暫套現約7億元。
買家有約80%是本地客，其餘則為海外投資者，主要來自新加坡、澳洲等地。至今最少有兩宗大手成交，新近有一名本地客以約5,000萬元連購3伙高層戶，而早前亦有買家斥8,000萬元掃6伙。
陳慧苓又謂，該盤短期內會考慮提價推售餘下單位，惟未定加幅，至於「五．一黃金周」期間，也會有一輪新部署，短期內會有進一步公布。
另外，金朝陽首次與物業顧問蘇富比合作，推出一站式租務及資產管理服務。蘇富比國際物業顧問董事總經理羅禮才指，該公司會向曦巒買家提供租務代理、物業管理等服務，而有關服務除佣金外，會有相等於租金5%的收費。
