(星島日報報道)市場新錄得荔枝角美孚新凶宅交易，業內人士稱，該單位獲投資者吸納，交易價低市價一成半獲承接，折合呎價約五千八百一十六元。
美聯高級營業經理余柏表示，荔枝角美孚新六期蘭秀道四十四號中層C室單位，該物業疑似凶宅，單位面積約九百零六方呎，屬三房間隔，近日以五百二十七萬元成交，折合呎價約為五千八百一十六元，較市價約有一成半折讓，買家為投資者，購入物業作收租用途。
據了解，該物業上次於九九年以二百三十一萬元成交，最近由遺產繼承人於本年五月，在市場放盤至今終在近日易主，較賣方購入價升二百九十六萬元。
素有「凶宅大王」之稱的資深投資者伍冠流表示，向來有留意該美孚新凶宅單位，但奈何該類單位叫價偏高，他對有關凶宅心水價錢為市價七折，但現時一般八折水平已獲市場承接，他更認為，上述單位成交偏高
