灣仔囍滙最快下季推
信置(00083)、合和(00054)及市建局合作發展的灣仔利源東街項目正式命名為囍滙。信置營業部聯席董事田兆源表示，項目共分2期，1期為1座住宅大廈，共有單位179伙，2期由3座住宅大廈組成，整個項目提供單位1275伙，估計2015年落成。
樓盤已經申請預售樓花同意書，估計今年第2季可獲批出，首批推售單位為第1期，主打2房間隔，比例達6成，其餘為1、3房間隔，及11個特色戶。示範單位將設於灣仔合和中心。
囍滙提供商場部分，涉及樓面面積9萬方呎，命名為「囍歡里」。此外，發展商亦擬建1條行人隧道，按駁至港鐵站。
