中原(工商舖)商舖部表示，資深投資者尹柏權旗下大角咀道129至137號地舖，其建築面積約170平方呎，以成交價約1130萬元易手，平均呎價約6.65萬元，物業以交吉形式交易，買家為住宅投資者，更因看好舖市，而首次入市舖位市場作長線投資。
上址前身為星展銀行，由尹柏權以約6400萬元購入，並把上址分拆為7個舖位出售，其中5個舖位已轉售，尹氏暫套現逾7800萬元。其餘2個舖位的建築面積分別約為170及700平方呎，提高意向價約5%，入場費由約1920萬元起。
