卓能山莊叫價3億
卓能山莊C號洋房，建築面積約6000方呎，樓高3層，設有獨立電梯，5房間隔。由於位處山頂，盡覽太平山及南中國海壯闊景致。該物業更設約3900方呎花園，私家泳池及車位。
現時叫價3億元，建築呎價5萬元。以按揭5成、利率2.85厘及還款期20年計算，月供約82.07萬元。每月索租43.3萬元，建築呎租72元。
卓能山莊由卓能集團（00131）主席趙世曾持有，位於山頂施勳道30號，建於2001年，共建3座獨立洋房，A號屋於2002年初以4230萬元 售出，B及C號屋由趙世曾持有多年。其中C號屋分別在2004及2010年推出標售，兩次意向價分別為1.65 億及2.8 億元。
據悉，該洋房曾於去年中被指僭建，獲屋宇署向業主頒布清拆令，本報就此致電有關代理，代理表示，現時該大屋已重新裝修，並以原來設計出售。
卓能山莊位處中西區，屬11校網，附近中學有聖保羅男女中學及聖若瑟英文書院等，而小學則有嘉諾撒聖心學校及聖公會呂明才紀念小學等。
