藍馬集團一籃子物業意向價12億

藍馬集團旗下的太子藍馬之城全幢商廈、沙田嘉御山獨立屋及尖沙咀名鑄複式單位，3組物業一併出售，意向價合共12億元，預料整個項目每月可收取約200萬元的租金收入，投資回報約2厘。
中原(工商舖)表示，太子彌敦道761號藍馬之城全幢，物業樓高20層，地盤面積約3424平方呎。該廈地下設有3個舖位，1至3樓為商業用途，6 至22樓則為寫字樓樓面，單位建築面積由469至3485方呎，物業將以現狀連租約形式出售，出租率100%，現時月租155萬元。
沙田銅鑼灣山道嘉御山6號屋，建築面積4380方呎，實用面積3128方呎，採用4房2廳間格，地下設有客廳、飯廳及廚房，而主人房及睡房則設於1樓，將以現狀及交吉形式出售。
尖沙咀河內道名鑄66樓及67樓G室複式單位，建築面積2743方呎，實用面積2089方呎，3房2廳設計，66樓為客廳、飯廳及廚房，頂層則為主人房及睡房，單位可享360度維港煙花海景，並將以現狀及交吉形式出售。
預料此兩組住宅物業按現時市值租金計算，預料每月租金收入合共45萬元。
