【本報訊】太古地產（1972）旗下西半山蔚然，早前獲本地客豪擲約1.36億元連掃三伙，其中一伙單位造價4,570萬元，買家登記為霍文遜，與「愛國商人」霍英東二房三子同名，料為霍氏家族成員或有關人士購入。

施政報告後，蔚然連氣錄三伙逾41樓A室成交，涉資約1.36億元。其中，土地註冊處資料顯示，45樓A室，建築1,665方呎，登記買家為霍文遜（FOK MANSON），與已故全國政協副主席霍英東二房兒子中英文名相同，或屬霍氏家族成員買入，建築呎價約2.74萬元。霍文遜為霍英東二姨太馮堅妮的三子，是城中著名外科醫生，在中環開設仁德醫療中心。假若消息屬實，其餘兩伙不排除同由有關人士購入。
大坑豪園中層25號室，建築3,300方呎，實用2,750方呎，剛以5,100萬元成交，呎價分別為1.5萬元及1.85萬元。原業主05年5月透過公司名義以2,000萬元買入，有指公司董事為著名律師行胡關李羅合夥人之一關卓然家族或有關人士，賬面賺3100萬元，升1.6倍。
中原西半山分區聯席董事林少禮表示，薄扶林貝沙灣4期8座中層C室，建築1,401方呎，實用1,040方呎，剛以1,928萬元沽出，建築呎價13,762元。原業主2010年6月以1,468萬元買入，賺460萬元，升31%。尖沙嘴君臨天下2座71樓A室，建築1,369方呎，實用1,104方
，土地註冊處顯示其成交價為5800萬元，登記買家為何昌榮。
