面對強敵 匯賢閣快開現樓示位
九龍城數個新盤即將銷售步入直路，已屆現樓的匯賢閣亦作出部署。
仲量聯行香港資本市場部港區董事莫凱傑對信報地產投資網稱，匯賢閣料於月內獲批入伙紙，屆時將開放現樓單位予公眾參觀，其意向價亦會參者區內新盤作價。餘下單位陸續收到逾百宗查詢，多為九龍區用家，且為家庭客，希望安排子女可於41校網升學。
現時匯賢閣尚餘4伙特色單位，建築面積1734方呎，實用面積1210方呎，4房雙套房間隔，並設有工人套廁。
匯賢閣較早前獲內地客購入的2伙均為高層B室，面積880方呎，即供售價1058.27萬及1040.81萬元，扣除回贈後，成交價合計2020.4萬元，呎價約1.15萬元，買家繳付BSD約303萬元，為項目推售以來最大宗BSD成交。
