土地註冊處資料顯示，赤柱富豪海灣C型17號屋，建築面積約4212方呎，實用面積約3034方呎，以8900萬元轉手，建築呎價約21130元，實用呎價約29334元，買家是賴友忠及于丹。
原業主於2011年10以6830萬元購入，單位升值30%，但該宗成交須繳付5%額外印花稅，涉計約445萬萬元，扣稅後帳面仍賺約1625萬元。
