【本報訊】信置（00083）及南豐等旗下大角咀新盤御金．國峯，有單位撻訂重售，呎價達1.7萬元，並比撻訂前的售價高出1成。
6座平台戶 1.7萬元呎
信置及南豐等御金．國峯，有單位獲撻訂重售，據樓盤網頁資料顯示，項目6座5樓G室平台戶，今年2月以即供價（為定價95折）938.8萬元，售予一名內地客，其後在6月22日取消交易。
市場估計，該名內地客損手逾100萬元，但也有代理指出，該名內地客只是向發展商「換貨」，現已購入另一單位，故沒有被殺訂。
發展商早前將單位重新推出，單位面積611平方呎，價單顯示，新定價為1,038萬元，呎價1.7萬元，比2月的售價高出接近100萬元，即約1成。
代理指出，單位已落實賣出。據知，項目上月連環賣出2伙天池屋，每伙造價6,200餘萬至6,700餘萬元。
