【樓市新招】第二套房印花稅加倍



曾俊華推壓抑樓市新措施







財政司司長曾俊華宣佈，推出壓抑樓市新措施，全面上調第二套房的住宅樓宇印花稅，200萬港元或以下的樓宇，印花稅由100元上調至交易金額的1.5%。其他交易金額的印花稅將會倍增，以目前最高的印花稅率4.25%為例，將會調整至8.5%。

有關措施將於2月23日凌晨起生效，而首次置業人士將可獲豁免有關措施。
