土地註冊處資料顯示，投資者盧華持有的中環皇后大道中367至375號萬利商業大廈全幢以6.15億元易手，登記買家是迅發國際企業(FAST RICH INTERNATIONAL ENTERPRISE)，其董事是李麗嫻(LEI LAI HAN)及葡萄牙藉的LO LUCAS。
上述物業建於1984年，為一幢22層高的寫字樓，總建築面積約58269方呎，折合每方呎成交價10554元。地下租客包括中國工商銀行及著名咖啡連鎖店Pacific Coffee等，1至22樓為寫字樓，接近全數出租。物業外墻及地下大堂剛完成翻新工程，其餘部份亦正全面翻新。
 原業主在2009年以1.933億元購入，帳面賺4.217億元，升值2.18倍。
