本港豪宅呎價屢創新高，尤其山頂南區洋房更見水漲船高，多個貴重物業趁勢放售，市場消息透露，由怡華集團鍾氏家族或有關人士持有的淺水灣南灣道4A號屋地趁勢放售，意向價5.5億元。
加列山道73號屋招標 估值5.5億
除私人業主外，發展商豪宅新盤意向價亦非常積極，其中嘉里旗下淺水灣Belegravia，亦以惜售態度出售，項目2個頂層複式戶的意向價，分別為2.08億及1.98億元，呎價約5.4萬元，挑戰山頂南區分層豪宅呎價新高。上述頂層複式單位面積約3,675至3,845平方呎。
南灣道4A號地盤面積約11,991平方呎，可飽覽淺水灣海景，該物業劃作「住宅（丙類）3」用途，最大可發展或重建樓面面積為7,195平方呎，以意向價5.5億元計算，呎價達7.64萬元。物業現建有一幢於1966年建成的洋房，面積約6,925平方呎。
